These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Toronto Car Service website and to ride inquiries, booking requests, quote requests and transportation services arranged with Toronto Car Service. By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.
1. Website Use
This website is provided for informational and booking-request purposes. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, damage or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, forms or related systems.
2. Booking Requests
Submitting a booking request through the website does not automatically confirm a ride. Booking requests are reviewed by Toronto Car Service, and service is subject to availability, vehicle availability, scheduling, location, trip details and confirmation by our team.
A ride is considered confirmed only when Toronto Car Service has accepted and confirmed the booking details with the customer.
3. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete trip information, including name, contact details, pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, passengers, luggage, flight number if applicable and any special requests.
Toronto Car Service is not responsible for delays, missed pickups or service issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or late information provided by the customer.
4. Airport Transfers
For airport transportation, customers should provide accurate flight details when available. This may include airline, flight number, airport terminal, arrival time and any updated travel information.
Airport pickup timing may depend on flight status, customs, baggage claim, airport traffic, terminal access, parking conditions and airport regulations.
5. Passenger and Luggage Capacity
Customers must provide accurate passenger and luggage counts when booking. Vehicle suitability depends on the number of passengers, bag sizes, carry-ons, special items and vehicle availability.
If luggage exceeds the selected vehicle’s capacity, a larger vehicle or additional vehicle may be required. Extra costs may apply if the requested vehicle is not suitable for the actual passenger or luggage needs.
6. Vehicle Requests
Customers may request a preferred vehicle type, such as luxury sedan, luxury SUV, executive vehicle or event/wedding vehicle. Vehicle requests are subject to availability and may not be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by Toronto Car Service.
7. Pricing and Quotes
Prices and quotes may depend on pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, vehicle type, trip duration, waiting time, stops, tolls, parking, airport fees, event conditions, long-distance travel and other service factors.
Any quote provided may be subject to change if trip details change, additional stops are added, the customer is delayed, the selected vehicle is unsuitable, or additional service time is required.
8. Waiting Time and Delays
Waiting time may apply when a passenger is not ready at the scheduled pickup time or when additional waiting is required beyond the agreed service terms. Delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, airport conditions, event traffic, border delays or circumstances outside our control may affect service timing.
9. Stops and Route Changes
Additional stops, route changes or changes to the destination may affect pricing and availability. Customers should request stops in advance when possible. Toronto Car Service may adjust pricing when the trip changes from the original booking request.
10. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and change rules may vary based on trip type, vehicle type, pickup time, distance, event type and notice provided. Customers should contact Toronto Car Service as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel a booking.
Some bookings, including long-distance rides, events, weddings, corporate rides or high-demand dates, may be subject to special cancellation terms once confirmed.
11. Customer Conduct
Customers and passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely. Toronto Car Service may refuse or stop service if passenger behavior is unsafe, abusive, illegal, damaging, disruptive or inappropriate.
- No illegal activity is permitted in any vehicle.
- No damage to vehicles or equipment is permitted.
- Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions from the chauffeur.
- Customers may be responsible for cleaning, repair or damage costs caused by passengers.
12. Safety and Service Refusal
Toronto Car Service reserves the right to refuse service when safety, legal compliance, road conditions, passenger behavior, vehicle suitability or service feasibility is a concern.
13. Lost Items
Customers are responsible for personal belongings. Toronto Car Service will make reasonable efforts to help locate lost items reported after a ride, but we are not responsible for lost, damaged or forgotten personal items.
14. Website Content
Website content is provided for general information about Toronto Car Service, our service areas and our transportation services. We may update website content, service descriptions, pricing language, pages, links, images and policies at any time.
15. Third-Party Services
The website may use third-party services for forms, analytics, maps, reviews or communication. Toronto Car Service is not responsible for third-party website availability, policies, errors or content.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Toronto Car Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or unexpected losses arising from website use, booking requests, delays, traffic, weather, road conditions, airport conditions, event traffic or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
17. No Guarantee of Availability
Availability of vehicles, chauffeurs, service times and routes is not guaranteed until confirmed by Toronto Car Service. Submitting a request does not guarantee that service can be provided.
